How can I check my order status?
To check your order status or to download the invoice of the orders already delivered, just login into your account and click on "my account". Click then on the "order status" link.
How much is the freight cost?

Freight costs depend on weight and destination. By standard we ship with DHL but also accept customised or different carriers. Please ask for extra charges in case of other shipment methods (priority etc.).
Possibly import e/o custom duties for shipments to non-European countries (Switzerland, Norway, etc.) are on buyer's account. The indicated freight costs include though the export duties.

How long do I have to wait for the order to ship?
If the products are available in stock, your order will be shipped within 24 hours after we receive the payment. You will receive an electronic order confirmation with details about scheduled shipment.
What payment methods do you offer?

We offer different payment methods:

  • Wire transfer in advance
  • Credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Maestro)
  • Pay on delivery (the P.O.D. charge is 15,00 Euro)

Companies and educational institutions might purchase on account. This option has to be previously approved by TIGAL.

The prices listed on the web site include the VAT?

The prices listed on our web site do not include VAT.

During the checkout process the system will charge the VAT (20%) in the following cases:

  • You live in a country that is part of the European Community and do not have a VAT code.
  • You live in Austria.

The system will not charge the VAT in the following cases:

  • You live in a country that is not part of the European Community.
  • You have a VAT code.

Please indicate the VAT code during the registration process.

Is it safe to pay with creditcard at www.tigal.com?
We take safety and protection of your personal data very seriously. Sensible data as your credit card number are processed esclusively via QENTA Payment Solutions. Together we apply the latest safety technologies for online payments.
How do I redeem my voucher?
The voucher is a code that you use while ordering. The credit will be deducted automatically.
Can I return or change products purchased on www.tigal.com?

After receipt of the product, the customer has the right to return them within 14 days by sending off of a written declaration outlining the intention to return the products. The period begins with the arrival of the product with the customer.
If the customer wishes to return the product he or she has an obligation to the return the unused and undamaged product with the original packaging immediately. Forwarding expenses and any risks are to be covered by the customer unless an error was made by TIGAL in the dispatch of the product. The TIGAL will refund the customer the purchase price of the product after its verification. This is conditional on the product being returned undamaged and unused and forwarding expenses are paid in full. Packaging and forwarding expenses will not be returned.
The following product groups are exempt from the return and refund policy: Individual electronic components (microprocessors etc.) and Software.
