Position 1: Inside Sales Manager

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

To provide TIGAL’s customers with quality customer service, which includes:

• Taking requests for and writing quotations on standard items.
• Writing orders and relaying pertinent order information (such as lead times) to customers.
• Coordinating pre-sale and post-sale customer support with responsibility over our full range of products.

Requirements and Preferences:

• Mother tongue fluency of German.
• Good written/spoken English.

Position 2: Technical Support Manager

We are looking for a full-time or part-time Junior Support Manager to include in our dynamic team, with an opportunity of long term career growth with a fast growing company.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

• Pre-sale and post-sale customer support with responsibility over our full range of products.
• Preparation and production of marketing support materials:
  • Writing articles.
  • Documentation (manuals, user guides, FAQ etc.) marketing materials.
  • Demonstration videos.
• Regular maintenance of Social Media Marketing channels.

Requirements and Preferences:

• Being familiar with electronics (hardware/software).
• Mother tongue fluency of German.
• Good written/spoken English.
• Open and enthusiastic attitude for trying new things and working hard.
