Position 1: Technical Support Manager
We are looking for a full-time or part-time Junior Support Manager to include in our dynamic team, with an opportunity of long term career growth with a fast growing company.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Pre-sale and post-sale customer support with responsibility over our full range of products.

Preparation and production of marketing support materials:
- Writing articles.
- Documentation (manuals, user guides, FAQ etc.) marketing materials.
- Demonstration videos.
- Regular maintenance of Social Media Marketing channels.
Requirements and Preferences:
- Being familiar with electronics (hardware/software).
- Mother tongue fluency of German.
- Good written/spoken English.
- Open and enthusiastic attitude for trying new things and working hard.
Position 2: WEB Developer
We are looking for a full-time or part-time Junior WEB Developer to include in our dynamic team, with an opportunity of long term career growth with a fast growing company.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Development and maintenance of our e-commerce platform.
- Development of new web sites using open-source frameworks.
- Regular maintenance and extension of Social Media Marketing channels.
Requirements and Preferences:
- Being familiar with Linux and/or Microsoft Web platforms (Apache, MySQL, IIS, MSSQL).
- Being familiar with one or more of the following technologies: HTML, CSS, PHP, .NET, JQUERY.
- Mother tongue fluency of German.
- Good written/spoken English.
- Open and enthusiastic attitude for trying new things and working hard.
